研究了冷却方式对高硼高速钢凝固组织的影响及热处理对其硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究发现:石英砂型试样的偏析大,共晶碳化物较粗,尺寸和厚度较大;石墨铸型试样碳硼化合物的尺寸细小且分布均匀性较好;1050℃淬火并525℃回火时,由于残余奥氏体量少,硬度达到最高值,其耐磨性最好。
The effect of cooling mode on the solidification microstructure of high boron steel and the effect of heat treatment on its hardness and wear resistance were studied. The results show that the segregation of quartz sand sample is large, the eutectic carbide is coarse, and the size and thickness are larger. The size and distribution of carbon boron compound in graphite mold sample are fine and fine; the quenching at 1050 ℃ and the tempering at 525 ℃ , Due to the small amount of retained austenite, the hardness reaches the highest value, the wear resistance of the best.
