利用超声波在电镀过程中产生的空化效应,解决稀土纳米颗粒在电镀过程中易发生团聚的问题,得到性能优良的Ni-CeO2纳米复合镀层。结果表明,在实验条件下的最佳工艺参数为:镀液中CeO2颗粒量为40 g/L,阴极电流密度为4 A/dm2,超声波功率为240 W,频率为20 kHz。有超声镀层的电沉积率比无超声镀层的要大;有超声镀层的可形成致密的氧化膜,其高温抗氧化性能要优于无超声镀层的。
The use of ultrasonic cavitation effect in the electroplating process to solve rare earth nanoparticles in the electroplating process prone to agglomeration problems, get excellent performance of Ni-CeO2 nano-composite coating. The results show that the optimal process parameters are as follows: the amount of CeO2 particles in the bath is 40 g / L, the cathodic current density is 4 A / dm2, the ultrasonic power is 240 W and the frequency is 20 kHz. The electrodepositing rate of ultrasonic coating is larger than that of non-ultrasonic coating. Ultrasonic coating can form dense oxide film, its high-temperature oxidation resistance is better than that without ultrasonic coating.
