郎宝信(1917~2001),高碑店市人。1938年参加革命,1939年加入中国共产党。1938年考入华北人民自卫军抗日军政大学,同时入伍,毕业后任华北军区军医处指导员。解放前历任冀中五分区委宣传委员,龙(关)崇(礼)赤(城)联合县民运部长兼八区、九区区委书记,中共赤源联合县委宣传部长,中共沽源县委第一任书记,宝(昌)(沽)源联合县委书记兼县支队政委,中共张(北)宝(源)联合县委书记兼骑兵支队
