“有效”是课堂教学的本质特征。自捷克教育家夸美纽斯创建班级授课制以来,如何提高课堂教学效益成为我们教育工作者永恒的追求。在实施新课标的今天,我们更加应该以“构建高效课堂,实施有效教学”为目标上好每一节课。笔者一直认为有效的教学教师一定要把握好三个环节——“课前的有效准备,课中的有效措施,课后的有效巩固”。教师只有结合好这三个环节,有效的教学才能真正的开展。下面笔者就从这三个环节谈谈自己的认识。
“Effective ” is the essential characteristic of classroom teaching. Since the Czech educator Comenius founded class teaching system, how to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching has become the eternal pursuit of our educators. In implementing the new curriculum standard today, we should be more “to build efficient classroom, the implementation of effective teaching ” as the goal of each class on the good. I always think that effective teaching teachers must grasp the three aspects - “effective preparation before class, effective measures in class, effective consolidation after class”. Only when teachers combine these three aspects can effective teaching be truly carried out. The following author from these three aspects to talk about their own understanding.
