各市、县人民政府,省各委、办、厅、局,省各直属单位:关于照顾解决部分中小学公办教师和归侨、侨眷中的专业技术干部以及个别特殊人才的农村家属户口迁移到城镇的问题,省委、省人民政府苏委发〔1983〕79号文件和省人民政府苏政发〔1982〕159号文件已分别作了原则规定。解决好这个问题,对于进一步落实党的知识分子政策,稳定教师队伍,调动教师积极性,开创我省普教工作新局面,对于稳定归侨、侨眷的思想,更好地团结广大华侨、归侨、侨眷,充分发挥他们在祖国四化建设和统一大业中的积极作用,都有重要的意义。为此,经研究,特作如下通知:一、同意将特级教师和教龄满二十年(含兼课时间),现行工资中教五级(含五级)以
