陕西中能煤田有限公司是由陕煤集团、华电煤业集团、江苏悦达集团三家国企投资组建的股份制煤炭企业,地处毛乌素沙漠南缘,陕西省榆林市榆阳区小纪汗乡昌汉界村,现有员工987名。该公司下属榆阳煤矿年产能力300万吨;袁大滩矿业公司设计500万吨,2015年建成;绿能公司以及参股的红石峡铁路运输公司,都是依法立项、合法经营、守法生产的企业。
