目的了解4种杀虫剂配制的毒饵对黑翅土白蚁的防治效果,为控制黑翅土白蚁的危害提供新的手段。方法将阿维菌素、氟虫腈、灭蚁灵和吡虫啉4种药剂分别配制成1%和0.2%的毒饵,每袋毒饵包3g,采用正交试验筛选出的最佳毒饵应用技术,进行林间诱杀药效试验。结果用药后4周1%氟虫腈与0.2%阿维菌素毒饵的防治效果分别为99.33%和91.32%,显著高于其他各处理组。用药4周后,在1%氟虫腈和0.2%阿维菌素毒饵试验区出现白蚁巢穴死亡指示物——鹿角菌,进一步证实了1%氟虫腈和0.2%阿维菌素毒饵的防治效果。结论 1%氟虫腈毒饵和0.2%阿维菌素毒饵可用于林地黑翅土白蚁的防治。
Objective To understand the control effect of four kinds of insecticide baits on black-winged termites and provide new measures for controlling the damage of black-winged termites. Methods Avermectin, fipronil, mirex and imidacloprid were formulated into 1% and 0.2% baits respectively, 3g per bait bag, and the best baits selected by orthogonal test were applied Forest trapping drug efficacy test. Results The preventive and therapeutic effects of 1% fipronil and 0.2% abamectin bait were 99.33% and 91.32% respectively at 4 weeks after treatment, which were significantly higher than those of other treatment groups. After 4 weeks of treatment, Antarctica anthelminticae, an indicator of death of termites nest, appeared in the test area of 1% fipronil and 0.2% abamectin, which further confirmed the prevention and cure of 1% fipronil and 0.2% abamectin bait effect. Conclusion 1% fipronil bait and 0.2% abamectin bait can be used in the control of black-winged termites in woodlands.
