本文复习了13例D—青霉胺治疗期间发生多发性肌炎或皮肌炎的报道,并报告了第14例。 D—青霉胺治疗类风湿性关节炎有效。然而该药可发生皮疹、肾炎、血小板减少症、重症肌无力、天疱疮、闭塞性细支气管炎、Good—Pasture综合征、再生障碍性贫血和多发性肌炎—皮肌炎等副作用,这些副作用可以在治疗期间突然发生,严重者可致命。以往曾报道13例D—青霉胺治疗伴发多发性肌炎——皮肌炎,其中12例上述合并症在停药
