本文选取国内十多个综合性门户网站作为调查样本,对其制定的用户隐私保护政策从政策显示方式、用户信息收集内容、收集目的、收集方式、用户信息安全、用户信息利用与共享、未成年人隐私保护、免责声明等方面逐一做了比较分析。比较显示,其用户隐私保护政策得失并存,优劣互现。可从增强网络服务商责任感、健全用户隐私政策内容体系、完善相关法律法规以及提高用户隐私保护意识等角度来强化用户隐私保护。
This article selects more than a dozen comprehensive domestic portal websites as the sample of the survey, and analyzes the privacy protection policies of the users from the following aspects: policy display mode, user information collection content, collection purpose, collection mode, user information security, user information utilization and sharing, Personal privacy protection, disclaimer, etc. made a comparative analysis one by one. Comparison shows that the user privacy protection policy gains and losses coexistence, strengths and weaknesses. From the perspective of enhancing the sense of responsibility of network service providers, improving the user privacy policy content system, perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and raising the awareness of user privacy protection, the privacy protection of users can be strengthened.
