昆明市电机电器研究所最近研制成功一种“HY-1复合型远红外辐射及热风循环烘炉”该炉采用了一种新颖独特的传热结构,它不同于一般复合(或组合)加热炉需用两套热源(辐射源及热风发生器);而仅采用一套远红外元件就具备远红外辐射和强制对流传热功能。该炉温度分布均匀,炉温控制精确,热损耗低,节能效果显著,比一般普通远红外及热风烘炉电耗低30~50%。该炉还有安全可靠的防爆措施,烘炉本体造型美观,是烘干电机、电器、低压电工产品理想的节能设备。此外,HY-1烘炉还有广泛的用途,在工、农、轻、化、纺、粮食、食品、烟、茶及农副产品烘干工艺中,已取得良好效果。从原理上解释:“复合烘干”技术即在同一载热体系中(包括箱式和隧道炉)主要采用远红外辐射加热,同时又采用热风强制对流加热;这样可以弥补各自弱点,发挥出能量高效转换,烘烤温度均匀,逸散速度高、(光)热物理、(光)热化学反应迅速的优势。
