侵权行为法的一般条款是指在成文法中居于核心地位的作为一切侵权请求权之基础的法律规范。规定侵权行为法一般条款的方式有法国模式和埃塞俄比亚模式两种。我国侵权行为立法的一般条款应该借鉴埃塞俄比亚模式。
The general terms of tort law are the legal norms that lay at the core of statutory law as the basis for all claims of infringement. The general provisions of the law of tort law there are two kinds of French model and Ethiopian model. The general provisions of the legislation on tort in our country should draw lessons from the Ethiopian model.
