Anglo-American literature is an important way for us to broaden our horizons and enhance our cultural pluralism. Permeating the outstanding English and American literary works in high school English teaching can promote teachers ’classroom teaching in a timely and effective manner, and can effectively improve students’ literary attainments and help students form a healthy aesthetic and world outlook.
