据中国人民解放军空军乌鲁木齐医院内一科丛玉双报道:该院自1982年11月至1983年2月,共收治3例因服咳必清所致之锥体外系反应之病人,均系男性青年,平素健康。服用咳必清药物后,最早于24小时出现症状,最晚为72小时,平均48小时。3例症状十分相似,均有颈部强直,头颈歪斜。1例伴有头痛、呕吐和意识不清。1例发作时感舌硬,不能伸出,说话不清,并伴有呼吸困难和口吐白沫。3例均
