以油酸和环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,以水为溶剂,合成油酸酯季铵盐表面活性剂。产物通过红外进行结构表征;通过测定产率随温度的变化关系,确定出最佳反应温度为70℃时,产率为70%;通过四苯硼钠反滴法测定合成产物中季铵根离子的含量,从而确定合成反应的产率,在温度70℃时,产率最高为77%;通过硫代硫酸钠反滴法对产物溴指数的测定;通过溴指数来表征油酸中双键的变化。经测定,产物的临界胶束浓度CMC为1.19×10-2g/L,在该浓度下的表面张力γcmc为46.4 m N/m,证明油酸酯季铵盐表面活性剂具有较高的表面活性。
Using oleic acid and epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as raw materials and water as solvent, oleic acid ester quaternary ammonium salt surfactant was synthesized. The structure of the product was characterized by IR. The yield of the product was determined to be 70% by measuring the relationship between the yield and the temperature. The optimum reaction temperature was 70 ℃. The content of quaternary ammonium ion , So as to determine the yield of the synthesis reaction at a temperature of 70 ℃, the highest yield of 77%; by sodium thiosulfate anti-dropping method for the determination of bromine index; bromine index to characterize the change of double bond in oleic acid. The CMC of the product was determined to be 1.19 × 10-2g / L and the γcmc at this concentration was 46.4 mN / m, which proved that the oleate ester quaternary ammonium surfactant had higher surface activity .
