为了推动对企业管理的研究,本刊从本期开始增设“管理探索”专栏。这里发表河南新乡机床厂厂长于省宽同志的《人文管理——企业管理的新探索》,作为开篇。人文管理是于省宽同志探索企业管理的实践结晶,效果显著。机械工业部包叙定部长对此评价说:“管理出效益,管理出精神,管理创造两个文明,新乡机床厂提供了这方面的典型经验。”本刊欢迎企业界、理论界踊跃投稿,把“管理探索”办成交流先进管理经验,探索企业管理新思路的园地。
