目的建立核酸检测实验室质量体系文件。方法在核酸检测试点过程中,精心编写并实施核酸检测实验室质量体系文件。结果建立起了核酸检测实验室质量体系文件,使用美国罗氏核酸检测试剂与仪器检测ELISA检测合格的血液标本71 154份,检出50例核酸阳性。结论建立和实施质量体系文件,使血站核酸检测既有文件遵循又能保证质量,进而保证了血液安全。
Objective To establish the quality system files of nucleic acid testing laboratories. Methods In the process of nucleic acid testing, carefully write and implement the nucleic acid testing laboratory quality system documentation. Results A nucleic acid testing laboratory quality system was established and 71 154 blood samples were tested by ELISA using Roche nucleic acid detection reagents and instruments. 50 samples were positive for nucleic acid. Conclusion The establishment and implementation of quality system documents, blood test nucleic acid detection of both existing documents to ensure quality, thereby ensuring blood safety.
