目的分析、评价遵义市2007~2011年法定传染病网络报告质量现况,为维持并提高网络报告工作提供科学依据。方法导出《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中遵义市2007~2011年传染病监测数据,运用Excel表格对县、区(市)零报告率、重卡率、及时报告率、及时审核率、质量综合评价等指标进行分析。结果遵义市2007~2011年无县、区(市)零报告。2007~2011年累计重卡437张,重卡率0.19%。医疗机构不及时报告卡片数8 573例、报卡不及时率3.82%,诊断到报告平均时间1.31 d。疾控机构不及时审核卡片数611例,不及时审核率0.27%,报告到审核平均时间为0.11 d。保持无县、区(市)零报告,重卡数、报卡不及时率、审卡不及时率逐年减小,诊断到报告、报告到审核时间逐步缩短。结论遵义市网络报告质量综合评价率逐年缩小,传染病网络报告质量逐年提高。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the status quo of the quality of notifiable infectious diseases reporting network in Zunyi from 2007 to 2011 and provide a scientific basis for maintaining and improving the network reporting. Methods The data of infectious disease monitoring in Zunyi City from 2007 to 2011 were derived from the Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System. The Excel report was used to evaluate the zero reporting rate, the heavy truck rate, the timely reporting rate, the timely examination rate and the quality comprehensive evaluation And other indicators for analysis. Results Zunyi City 2007-2011 no county, district (city) zero report. From 2007 to 2011 a total of 437 heavy trucks, heavy truck rate of 0.19%. Medical institutions did not report 8 573 card cases in time, reporting cards did not timely rate 3.82%, the average diagnosis time to report 1.31 d. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation rate of online reporting quality of Zunyi City has been reduced year by year, and the quality of network reporting of infectious diseases has been increasing year by year.
