英国在刚结束的20国集团财长及央行行长会议中提出,为了能反映金融机构的社会责任,希望向全球银行征收金融交易税,即所谓的“托宾税”(TobinTax),将税收拨入特别基金,作为日后拯救金融体系危机时的开支储备。
In the just concluded G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting, the United Kingdom proposed that in order to reflect the social responsibility of financial institutions, it hopes to impose a global financial transaction tax on the so-called “Tobin Tax” Taxes are earmarked for special funds as a reserve for the future relief of the crisis in the financial system.
