目的 :观察国产西地那非对整体和离体海绵体的作用。方法 :使用兔电刺激勃起模型 ,分别比较国产或进口西地那非对整体兔海绵体腔内压和离体海绵体平滑肌张力的影响。结果 :与用药前比较 ,国产西地那非可显著增高兔海绵体腔内压的基础水平和幅度 (P <0 .0 1) ,也均能显著降低离体海绵体平滑肌的基础张力和收缩幅度 (P <0 .0 1)。同样 ,等剂量进口西地那非也有相似作用。结论 :国产或进口西地那非均可显著增强电刺激引起的兔海绵体腔内压升高效应 ,也显著增强阴茎勃起
Objective: To observe the effect of domestic sildenafil on whole body and isolated sponge. Methods: Rabbit electrical stimulation erection model was used to compare the effect of domestic or imported sildenafil on the intracavitary pressure and the isolated smooth muscle tension of isolated sponge. Results: Compared with those before treatment, domestic sildenafil could significantly increase the basal level and amplitude of intracavitary pressure in rabbits (P <0.01), and also significantly reduce the basal tension and contraction amplitude of isolated sponge smooth muscle (P <0. 01). Similarly, equal doses of sildenafil also have similar effects. Conclusion: Domestic or imported sildenafil can significantly enhance the effect of electrical stimulation on intracavernous pressure in rabbits, and also significantly increase penile erection
