表达诉求是人民群众的一项基本权利,畅通和规范群众诉求表达渠道是党和政府了解社情民意、密切与人民群众血肉联系的重要方式,更是信访工作的重要职责。建设中国特色社会主义,做好新形势下的群众工作,就需要进一步提高对群众诉求表达渠道重要性的认识,及时解决群众诉求表达方面存在的问题,采取有力措施进一步畅通和规范群众诉求表达渠道,以更好地维护群众合法权益、促进社会和谐稳定。
