面向流水线生产的企业,由于产品品种多、配套厂家众多,如何协调供应商按照生产线的生产节拍进行准时配套供应是个难题。以分布式供应商计划为研究对象,建立以采购成本最低、零部件准时、齐套供应为多目标的分布式供应商计划模型。设计基于改进蚁群算法的求解算法,提高了分布式供应商计划的准确性。通过运行小数据将该方法与枚举算法对比,表明该算法在运行小数据量时与枚举算法的结果相同。最后以某企业为实例对该方法进行了应用,并与基本蚁群算法和文献算法进行了对比分析,验证了该方法具有较好的优化效果,从而为流水线生产企业提高准时化生产水平提供方法支持。
For assembly-line production enterprises, due to the variety of products, supporting many manufacturers, how to coordinate suppliers in accordance with the production line on-time matching supply is a problem. With the distributed supplier plan as the research object, a distributed supplier planning model with the lowest procurement cost, on-time parts and complete sets of supplies is set up. The design algorithm based on improved ant colony algorithm is designed to improve the accuracy of distributed supplier planning. Comparing this method with the enumeration algorithm by running the small data shows that the algorithm has the same result as the enumeration algorithm when running small amount of data. Finally, this method is applied to an enterprise as an example, and compared with the basic ant colony algorithm and the literature algorithm to verify the method has better optimization results, thus providing a method for the pipeline manufacturers to improve the level of punctual production stand by.
