本文报告52例开角型青光眼用氩激光小梁成形术(ALF)的治疗结果及一年随访观察,并对ALT引起的并发症加以描述。一、选例标准及实验方法:52眼(46例,男21,女25)原发性开角型青光眼,37眼为晶体囊性,15眼为单纯性。所有限均有青光眼性视野缺损,最大耐受量的药物不能控制眼压。治疗时平均年龄为68岁。治疗前进行眼部检查:眼内压,视盘,Goldmann视野计检查,房角镜。治疗后1、3、6和12个月进行随访检查。治疗采用氩激光器800型,借助房角镜或三面镜在滤帘前部绕前房角全周均匀击射80—100个光斑。光斑大小为
This article reports the results of 52 cases of open-angle glaucoma treated with argon laser trabeculation (ALF) and one-year follow-up and describes the complications associated with ALT. First, the selection criteria and experimental methods: 52 eyes (46 cases, male 21, female 25) primary open-angle glaucoma, 37 were cystic cystic, 15 were simple.
