目的:研究丹红注射液对H_2O_2氧化导致牛胸主动脉内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:体外培养牛胸主动脉内皮细胞,建立H_2O_2氧化损伤模型,给予丹红注射液治疗后,动态观察细胞的生长状态、形态变化和死亡情况,检查细胞存活率,以MTT染色法测定活性细胞吸光度值。结果:牛胸主动脉内皮细胞被H_2O_2氧化损伤后,随损伤程度出现不同变化,细胞边缘变圆、皱缩、无光泽,甚至死亡;活性细胞吸光度值明显下降,丹红注射液治疗后,细胞形态逐渐恢复正常,存活率明显上升。结论:丹红注射液对H_2O_2氧化导致的牛胸主动脉内皮细胞损伤具有显著的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Danhong injection on endothelial cell injury of bovine thoracic aorta induced by H_2O_2 oxidation. Methods: Bovine thoracic aorta endothelial cells were cultured in vitro, and the H 2 O 2 oxidative injury model was established. After treatment with Danhong injection, the growth, morphological changes and death of cells were observed dynamically. The survival rate of cells was examined by MTT assay Absorbance values. Results: The endothelial cells of bovine thoracic aorta were oxidatively damaged by H 2 O 2, with different changes in the degree of injury. The edge of the bovine thoracic aorta became rounded, wrinkled, dull, and even dead. The absorbance of active cells decreased significantly. After treatment with Danhong injection, Form gradually returned to normal, the survival rate increased significantly. Conclusion: Danhong injection has a significant protective effect on endothelial cell injury of bovine thoracic aorta induced by H_2O_2 oxidation.
