本文就PMSG、APMSG、hCG、LHRH等激素对大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠、家兔、绵羊、猪、牛等动物的超数排卵作用进行了系统探索,结果发现PMSGhCG各5~10IU可致小鼠产生稳定的超排、取卵数可达50±10个;用200IU加等量hCG可使大鼠稳定超排,取卵数可达50±10个;用400IUPMSG和等量hCG可使家兔产生稳定起排、取卵数可达35±5个;使用PMSG1500IU和APMSG100IU可使羊产生超排、取卵数可达25±5个:在猪使用1500IUPMSGT和1000IUhCG平均获得卵26±5个;,使用PMSG3000IU和1500IUAPMSG,平均可稳定获得8±12个卵,而在豚鼠得不到稳定起排卵的结果。所有这些结果提示我们PMSG几乎对各种哺乳动物的超排作用显著,且有稳定的剂量可寻,而hCG的促超排也是很显著的。
In this paper, we investigated systematically the superovulation effects of PMSG, APMSG, hCG and LHRH on superovulation in rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep, pigs and cattle. The results showed that 5 ~ 10 IU PMSGhCG Rats produced a stable superovulation, the number of oocytes up to 50 ± 10; with 200IU plus equal amount of hCG can rat stable superovulation, the number of oocytes up to 50 ± 10; with 400IUPMSG and equal hCG can make home The number of ova was up to 35 ± 5 after using the PMSG1500IU and APMSG100IU, and the number of oocytes was 25 ± 5: 26 ± 5 eggs were obtained in pigs using 1500IUPMSGT and 1000IUhCG ; Using PMSG3000IU and 1500IUAPMSG, an average of 8 ± 12 eggs can be obtained on an average, while stable ovulation results can not be obtained in guinea pigs. All of these results suggest that our PMSG has a remarkable superovulation effect on almost all kinds of mammals and that a stable dose can be found, while the promotion of hCG is also significant.
