以甲硝唑棒、口疮膜、复方氨基酸胶囊、羟乙膦酸钠片为样品，采用中国药典１９９５年版新增第三法──小杯法考察四种不同剂型的溶出情况，并与采用第一法或第二法测得结果相比较，数据作统计处理结果吻合。从而克服了第一法或第二法在一个溶出杯中投入多个单剂量药品才能测定的缺点，能更准确的反映样品溶出行为的真实性。
Metronidazole rods, aphthous membrane, compound amino acid capsules, etidronate sodium tablets as samples, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition of the third law ─ ─ small cup method to investigate the dissolution of four different dosage forms, and with the use of the One method or second method measured results compared to the data for statistical processing results. Thus overcoming the shortcomings of the first method or the second method in measuring the single dose of medicine in a dissolution cup and more accurately reflecting the authenticity of the sample dissolution behavior.
