(一) 贵州省农作物学会第二届理事会第一次会议,于一九八四年三月十六日至十七日在花溪举行。第一届副理事长李家修传达了中国作物学会第三届理事会第一次(扩大)会议精神,秘书长金礼寿作了第一届理事会工作报告。会议选举和产生了以莫存汉为理事长的第二届农作物学会常务理事会;研究了一九八四年农作物学会的工作计划。理事们一致表示,一定要在党的正确领导下,继续贯彻落实党的十二大和六届人大精神,团结全省广大作物科学技术工作者,充分发挥科技人员的聪明才智,积极投身到农业生产建设中去,为开创我省社会主义农业的新
