直线型感应同步器是利用电磁感应原理把二个平面绕组间的位移量转换成电信号的位移检测元件,合理地设置检测系统,便能精密地测量出直线位移量。直线型感应同步器(以下简称感应同步器)与其它位移检测元件相比,除具有精度较高的优点外,还有:抗干扰能力强,环境条件影响小,测量范围大等优点。因此它广泛的应用在机床的数字位移显示,自动定位和数控系统中。
Linear induction synchronizer is the use of electromagnetic induction principle to the displacement between the two plane winding displacement signal into electrical signal detection components, a reasonable set of detection systems, can accurately measure the amount of linear displacement. Linear induction synchronizer (hereinafter referred to as the induction synchronizer) compared with other displacement detection components, in addition to the advantages of high accuracy, there are: anti-interference ability, environmental conditions, small impact, large measuring range and so on. Therefore, it is widely used in digital displacement display machine, automatic positioning and CNC system.
