2011年全国需开工建设保障性住房1000万套,未来5年总计开工建设数量将达到3600万套。目前,保障性住房在建设中遇到一些问题,如资金筹措问题,设计到施工全过程的质量和管理运营机制问题,土地供应问题等,本期高端会客厅邀请国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长巴曙松,北京大学教授薛兆丰,中国社会科学院金融研究所所长王国刚,就此进行深入探讨。
In 2011, the country needs to start construction of 10 million units of affordable housing and the total number of projects under construction for the next five years will reach 36 million units.
