我院对小儿结核性脑膜炎(结脑)40例测定了脑脊液谷丙转氨酶(GPT)共99例次。通过对不同疒期GPT变化的初步观察,发现与结脑临床有一定关系,并认为对诊断治疗亦有一定参考价值。
In our hospital, 40 cases of cerebrospinal fluid alanine aminotransferase (GPT) were detected in 40 cases of children with tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis). Through preliminary observation of changes of GPT at different stages, it is found that there is a certain relationship with the clinical outcome of tuberculosis, and there is also some reference value for diagnosis and treatment.
