病例摘要患者男性,66岁,农民。江苏邗江人,因持续发热50余天于1982年8月26日入院。患者50天前觉畏寒发热,继之体温逐渐升高并持续不退。发热以午后为甚,最高达40.2℃,伴乏力、纳差及腹胀。无头痛、呕吐、腹痛和腹泻。因上述症状加重及头晕、两下肢浮肿,以不明原因发热收治入院。患者三年前有急性黄疸型肝炎史。有伤寒密切接触史。体格检查:T40℃,P92次,R24次,BP90/56。营养发育差,慢性病容,神志清楚,巩膜无黄染,面
