为了改进伊贝母(Fritillaria pallidifloraSchrenk)的栽培技术,提高贝母产量,我们对栽培的伊贝母,进行喷施不同量的氮、磷、钾肥料,植物生长调节剂和硫酸锰的处理,以总生物碱和西贝素含量为质量指标,研究这些物质对贝母产量和质量的影响,以便为生产优质、高产的贝母药材提供技术指导。材料和方法供试验伊贝母为太白县贝母试验场栽培的四年生植株。栽培方法与田间管理措施同生产田。自4月20日开始,对伊贝母植株每隔10天,分别叶面喷洒下列物质一次:
