本文应用薄层扫描法测定中药熊胆中熊去氧胆酸含量。以异辛烷-乙醚-冰醋酸-正丁醇-水(10:5:5:3:1)为展开剂,在硅胶G-0.7%CMC薄层板上分离,用薄层色谱仪进行定量测定。在所测定的12个熊胆中,熊去氧胆酸含量高的可达30.84%,低的仅为10.49%。实验参数:吸收波长λ_s=370nm,参比波长λ_R=700nm;SX=3,反射法锯齿形扫描。加样回收率为99.79%;变异系数(CV)为3.03%。
