January 6-7, 2017, the National Marine Working Conference was held in Beijing. The meeting conveyed important instructions from Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee Politburo, Premier Li Keqiang and Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli. Jiang Daming, party secretary and minister of the Ministry of Land and Resources, attended the meeting and made a speech. Wang Hong, party secretary and director of the State Oceanic Administration made a report on the work of the ocean. Party committee member and deputy director Fang Jianmeng presided over the meeting.
