管理者在企业中的绩效表现,尤其是高层管理者的“能力”表现在很大程度上决定了企业的健康发展与否,管理岗位的接班人计划是一个复杂的系统性工程,需要企业在各个管理细节上下功夫。原神州数码董事长在回答“郭为是怎么炼成的?杨元庆是怎么炼成的?”问题时讲到了联想的一个著名理论:轧鞋垫。这个理论大体是说,如果一个好裁缝能够轧制出知名的西装,那么他首先应该从轧鞋垫开始,然后慢慢是轧衬衣,最后才是轧西装。
