本文546例克山病符合克山病(地方性心肌病)诊断、病型划定、疗效判定指标(1977年讨论稿),并经病理解剖证实符合克山病改变。为进一步提高诊疗水平,现报告如下。 资料与结果 一、一般资料 发病季节:1～3月份175例(32.1％),～6月份144例(26.3％),～9月份118例(21.6％),～12月份109例(20.0％)。年龄:1～3岁50例,～6岁250例,～12岁246例。性别:女361例,男185例,女:男2:1。本院同期收治成人克山病患者110
In this paper, 546 cases of Keshan disease in line with Keshan disease (endemic cardiomyopathy) diagnosis, type delineation, efficacy indicators (1977 draft), and confirmed by pathological Keshan disease changes. To further improve the diagnosis and treatment, the report is as follows. Data and Results 1. General Information The onset of disease: 175 cases (32.1%) in January-March, 144 cases (26.3%) in June, 118 cases (21.6%) in September and 109 cases (20.0%) in December. .
