抽动一秽语综合征系由突然、不自主的、快速的、重复的运动抽动和声带抽动。早年起病和慢性病程等特点所组成的一组征侯群。其病因尚不明确,现将我院儿科七年来诊治的其中10例就其临床特点、治疗经验作一介绍。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般情况:男9例,女1例;发病年龄:4～5岁1例,6～7岁2例,8～9岁3例,10～12岁4例。生育史中,窒息史3例,早产1例,足月顺产6例。个人史中,4例自新生儿期即有睡眠少、多哭吵。过去史中,有头部外伤史2例,反复感染史3例(如上呼吸道感染)。家族史中,无近亲结婚,无类似病史。

Birth history, history of asphyxia in 3 cases, 1 case of preterm birth, full-term 6 cases of spontaneous. Personal history, 4 cases since the neonatal period that sleep less, more crying noisy. In the past history, there were 2 cases of head trauma, 3 cases of repeated infections (such as upper respiratory tract infection). Family history, no relatives married, no similar history.
