近年来,由于新劳动法的实施以及人民币汇率的不断升值,使得对外依存度较高,行业整体利润率较低的制鞋产业受到了极大的冲击。本文以产业安全理论和相关国际贸易理论为基础,试图建立产业安全评估指标体系,从而能够通过定量的方法,对我国制鞋产业的安全问题,进行评估。
In recent years, due to the implementation of the new labor law and the continuous appreciation of the renminbi exchange rate, the shoe-making industry, which has a high level of external dependence and a low overall industry profit margin, has been greatly impacted. Based on the industrial security theory and related international trade theories, this article attempts to establish an industrial safety assessment index system, so that it can assess the safety issues of China’s footwear industry through quantitative methods.
