20世纪后半叶,世界经济发展中最重大的事件莫过于知识经济的崛起。与以往经济形态不同的是,这次充当生产力中最活跃因素的既不是农业时代人们梦寐以求的土地,也不是工业时代人们念念不忘的资本,而是以往不大显眼的“知识”。从土地到资本,从资本到知识,生产力第一要素的变化反映了时代的变迁。当知识经济成为新千年的最主要的时代特征后,代表知识“生产与创新”的高等学校与从事产品“制造与加工”的大型企业,如何通过现代经济中最核心的组织——资本市场进行合作就成为摆在高校、企业乃至各国政府面前一个不得不加以高度重视的问题。
In the second half of the 20th century, the most significant event in the development of the world economy was the rise of the knowledge-based economy. What is different from past economic forms is that this act of being the most active factor in the productive forces is neither the land people dream of in the agricultural age nor the capital people kept in mind during the industrial age, but rather less conspicuous “knowledge ” in the past. From land to capital, from capital to knowledge, the changes in the first factor of productive forces reflect the changes of the times. When the knowledge-based economy becomes the most important characteristic of the new millennium, institutions of higher learning and enterprises engaged in product “manufacturing and processing ”, which represent knowledge “production and innovation ”, through the core organization of the modern economy - - Cooperation in the capital market has become a problem that universities and enterprises and even governments in all countries have to attach great importance to.
