我厂的1.5~T无芯工频感应电炉73年5月份建成投产的。坩埚用高品位石英砂人工捣制而成,采取连续熔炼的生产方式,主要用来熔炼延安牌四顿载重汽车上的灰铸铁件和砖墨铸铁件,到目前为止先后更换坩埚63个,熔炼铁水一万八千多吨。一般炉令在200炉以上,最高达748炉。炉令增长情况大体经几个阶段、75年9月份第十五号坩埚炉令是300炉。77年7月份第29号坩埚炉令是408炉。80年4月份61号坩埚炉令是748炉。自79年9月
I plant 1.5 ~ T coreless induction heating furnace put into operation in May 73 completed. The crucible is made by artificial sanding of high-grade quartz sand and adopts the continuous melting method of production. It is mainly used to smelt gray cast iron pieces and brick-cast iron pieces on four-ton truck of Yan’an brand. So far, 63 crucibles have been replaced, Hot metal more than 18,000 tons.
