当前,在加强反腐倡廉建设中,对“一把手”的监督还是一个薄弱环节,“一把手”违纪违法现象也相对突出。为破解监督难题,寻求对“一把手”监督的有效措施,湖南省长沙市纪委、监察局从2007年4月开始,用一年左右的时间,在天心区、市教育局和工商局开展党政正职监督试点工作,就如何加强对“一把手”监督作了有益探索。
