钴-60γ射线辐射蔬菜保鲜贮藏技术,是50年代末发展起来的一项原子能和平利用新技术,在我国已有30多年的研究、应用实践,许多科研生产单位进行了大量的基础和应用研究,取得了可喜的成果。这项技术安全、可靠、节约能源,可进行机械化大规模生产。基于以上原因,我国卫生部于1984年无条件批准了马铃薯、洋葱、大蒜三种蔬菜的辐射保鲜技术的应用,卫生标准及工艺流程。
Cobalt -60 gamma radiation storage and preservation of vegetables is a new technology for the peaceful use of atomic energy developed in the late 1950s. This technology is safe, reliable and energy efficient for large-scale mechanized production. Based on the above reasons, China’s Ministry of Health in 1984 unconditionally approved the potato, onion, garlic three kinds of radiation preservation of vegetables in the application of technology, health standards and processes.
