目的了解全民食用碘盐以来呼和浩特市8~10儿童碘营养状况。方法尿碘采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈接触法;盐碘采用GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法。结果托克托县8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为364.5μg/L,回民区儿童尿碘中位数为302.6μg/L,赛罕区儿童尿碘中位数为222.1μg/L,总体儿童尿碘中位数为283.3μg/L;居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格、合格碘盐食用率均在95.0%以上,非碘盐率为0.94%。结论居民碘盐质量总体良好,8~10岁儿童碘养状况总体在一个较适宜水平,托克托县和回民区学龄儿童尿碘中位数偏高,认为有必要下调碘盐浓度保证人群碘营养水平在100~200ug/L的适宜水平。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of iodine in 8 ~ 10 children in Hohhot since the people consumed iodized salt. Methods Urinary iodine was digested with ammonium persulfate - arsenic and cerium contact method; salt iodine using GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration. Results The median urinary iodine was 364.5μg / L for children aged 8-10 years in Tokehoe County, the urinary iodine was 302.6μg / L for children in Hui district, and the urinary iodine was 222.1μg / L for children in Saihan district. The median urinary iodine of children was 283.3μg / L. The coverage rate of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt were above 95.0% and the non-iodized salt rate was 0.94%. Conclusion The quality of iodized salt is generally good in residents. The status of iodine feeding in children aged 8 ~ 10 is generally at a suitable level. The median urinary iodine of school-age children in Tokehoe County and Hui district is high, and it is considered necessary to lower the concentration of iodized salt to ensure iodine Nutritional level at 100 ~ 200ug / L of the appropriate level.
