针对小球滚动控制系统的要求,选用STC系列微处理器为核心,以步进电机为执行机构,采用光电传感器进行小球位置检测;经LM393对接收管信号进行调理,采用ADXL345角度传感器进行导轨角度检测,并自制两端限位检测装置;系统采用闭环反馈控制,以提高控制的精度及稳定性。测试结果表明,系统性能稳定,反应灵敏,达到并超过设计指标。
For the ball rolling control system requirements, the selection of STC series microprocessor as the core, the stepper motor as the implementing agency, the use of photoelectric sensors for ball position detection; LM393 receiving tube signal conditioning, using ADXL345 angle sensor for rail Angle detection, and made both ends of the limit detection device; the system uses closed-loop feedback control to improve the control accuracy and stability. The test results show that the system performance is stable, responsive, and meet and exceed the design specifications.
