1980年6月12~13日在瑞典律勒欧城召开了第二届喷射冶金国际会议(SCANINJECTⅡ),有25个国家和地区315人参加会议。会上有14国的代表宣读了37篇报告或论文。我国代表顾德骥在大会上介绍了钢液喷吹稀土合金和高合金钢喷吹CaC_2脱磷的试验结果。大会报告内容广泛,可分为:综合性介绍7篇、理论研究11篇、钢液中的应用13篇、铁水预处理2篇、射丝法2篇、设备2篇。回国后已将37篇报告全部译为中文,由上海钢研所负责印出。现将其主要内容简介如下: 目前各国使用的喷射冶金方法在原理上基本相同,而设备形式及工艺细节有些区别。最主要的四种方法中,已投产的台数:SL法30台、TN法23
The 2nd International Conference on Spray Metallurgy was held on June 12-13, 1980 in Lueru’er, Sweden, with 315 participants from 25 countries and regions. At the meeting, representatives of 14 countries read 37 reports or papers. At the conference, Gu Deji, our representative, introduced the experimental results of the dephosphorization of CaC_2 by molten steel injection rare earth alloy and high alloy steel. The conference report has a wide range of contents and can be divided into seven chapters: comprehensive introduction, 11 theoretical studies, 13 applications in molten steel, 2 pretreatment of hot metal, 2 irradiation methods and 2 devices. After returning home, all 37 reports have been translated into Chinese and printed by Shanghai Steel Research Institute. Now its main content is as follows: At present, the injection metallurgy method used in various countries are basically the same in principle, and the device form and details of the process is somewhat different.
