邓广存男,中共党员,汉族,1970年生,河南省林州市残联党组书记、理事长。在河南省林州市,有大约6.5万残疾人,他们当中许多人因生理上的缺陷,生活很不方便,也给家庭带来了沉重负担,他们对生活失去信心,深感前途暗淡,而这也让他们成为弱势群体中最脆弱的成员。对于这些残疾人来说,现实是冷酷的,但是有一位基层干部怀着一颗火热的心向他们走来,与他们谈心,听他们的呼声,了解他们的冷暖和疾苦,为他们送去生活的希望和阳光。他就是林州市残联理事长邓广存。
