血小板生成素(thrombopoietin,TPO)是血小板生成的生理性调节因子,其受体Mpl的表达仅限于巨核细胞和血小板系统。从巨核细胞到血小板,二者在形态和功能上发生了非常大的变化。已经证明,巨核细胞生成血小板过程中发生了膜的再分布(membrane redistribution),因此在产生血小板过程中,Mpl数量和分布的变化势必影响TPO在巨核细胞生成中的作用和代谢。为此,我们对正常人巨核细胞Mpl的分布做了系统观察。
Thrombopoietin (TPO) is a physiological regulator of platelet production, and its receptor Mpl expression is limited to megakaryocytes and platelet systems. From megakaryocytes to platelets, both morphologically and functionally underwent very large changes. It has been demonstrated that membrane redistribution occurs during the generation of platelets by megakaryocytes and therefore the changes in the number and distribution of Mpl during platelet production are bound to influence the role and metabolism of TPO in megakaryocytopoiesis. To this end, we made a systematic observation of the distribution of Mpl in normal human megakaryocytes.
