我赞成将企业文化定义为具有企业特色的意识形态和行为规范的总和.意识形态是指企业的共同思想观念,包括企业目标、企业价值观念、企业精神等内容.行为规范是企业从事生产经营为中心的各项活动的准则,包括制度性规范和非制度性规范即企业建立健全的规章制度和长期形成的良好习惯.从管理的角度看,它是企业经营管理哲学,其实质是在企业管理中,以人为主体,强调人的心理、精神因素,培育企业人员自我激励、自我约束,协同一致的机制和能增强企业凝聚力、塑造企业自身形象的内外环境.
I agree that corporate culture is defined as the sum of ideology and behavioral norms with corporate characteristics. Ideology refers to the common ideas of the company, including corporate goals, corporate values, and corporate spirit. The behavioral norms are that enterprises are engaged in production and management. The standards of the Center’s activities include institutional norms and non-institutional norms that establish sound rules and regulations and long-term good habits. From a management point of view, it is an enterprise management philosophy, and its essence is in enterprise management. In China, human-centeredness emphasizes people’s psychological and spiritual factors, and fosters self-motivation and self-restraint among corporate personnel. The mechanism is coordinated and consistent, and the internal and external environment that can enhance the cohesiveness of enterprises and shape their own image.
