目的 :探讨进展性脑梗死患者肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与白介素18(IL-18)临床意义的研究。方法 :将107例进展性脑梗死患者作为进展组,将105例稳定性脑梗死患者作为稳定组,选取100例同期进行体检的健康人作为正常组,对比分析三组血清HGF、IL-18水平的变化;将进展性脑梗死患者按NIHSS评分及脑梗死体积分别分为三组,对比各组血清HGF、IL-18水平的变化。结果 :进展组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著高于稳定组及正常组;稳定组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著高于正常组;轻度组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于中度组及重度组;中度组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于重度组;小型组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于中型组及大型组;中型组患者血清HGF、IL-18水平显著低于大型组;进展性脑梗死患者HGF与IL-18呈正相关。结论 :进展性脑梗死病情越重、梗死体积越大、神经功能缺损程度越强,患者血清HGF、IL-18水平就越高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and interleukin 18 (IL-18) in patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 107 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study. One hundred and fifty patients with stable cerebral infarction were selected as stable group and 100 healthy subjects were selected as normal group. The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 The patients with progressive cerebral infarction were divided into three groups according to NIHSS score and cerebral infarction volume. The changes of serum HGF and IL-18 levels in each group were compared. Results: The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 in patients in advanced group were significantly higher than those in stable group and normal group. The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 in patients in stable group were significantly higher than those in normal group. The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 in patients in mild group were significantly lower The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 in moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group. The levels of serum HGF and IL-18 in small group were significantly lower than those in medium group and large group. The levels of serum HGF, IL-18 levels were significantly lower than the large group; HGF and IL-18 in patients with progressive cerebral infarction was positively correlated. Conclusion: The more serious the progressive cerebral infarction, the greater the infarct volume, the greater the degree of neurological deficits, the higher the serum HGF, IL-18 levels.
