作者用透视电子显微镜及弹性蛋白电子染色方法研究了肺气肿患者(10例,因肺气肿、肺心病死亡者)和正常对照(9例,意外死亡者,无肺气肿)肺组织标本肺泡壁内弹力纤维的超微结构变化,并应用立体学分析方法对肺泡壁内弹性蛋白进行了定量研究。结果:肺气肿患者肺泡壁内弹性蛋白数量增加、排列紊乱。其周围的微纤维增多,弹性蛋白的体密度、面密度(其X±S分别为21.6±6.8%,0.72±2.22cm~2/cm~3)显
The authors used fluoroscopy and elastin electron microscopy to study lung tissue samples from 10 patients with emphysema (10 deaths due to emphysema and cor pulmonale) and normal controls (9 patients with accidental death without emphysema) The ultrastructure of elastic fibers in the alveolar wall was studied. The elastin in the alveolar wall was quantitatively studied by stereological method. Results: The number of elastin in the alveolar wall of emphysema patients increased, disordered.
