目前高校(包括高职)精品课程审批与评估实践中,人格要素(教师)一直未受到应有的重视,造成了许多高校在精品课程建设中,努力将如何实现申报材料的“精品化”放在第一位而较少关注教师作用。在精品课程建设中如何重视教师的作用是本文试图解决的问题。
